IWA - International Wrestling Association

IWA Rules:

  1. You are limited to a maximum of two characters in the IWA, but you can only start off with one unless you are joining in as a tag team. After being approved and proving yourself, you can apply to the IWA Staff and request approval of undertaking a second character. Usually, we will grant you to apply another character unless roster size does not permit another wrestler or we do not believe you will be able to handle two characters.
  2. Only fake characters at this time please.
  3. The IWA holds no responsibilities for any physical (?) or mental damages undertaken during an IWA event.
  4. The purpose of the IWA is to have fun, provide entertainment, and to provide an activity for wrestling fans across the world. All appliees must agree to focus on having fun.
  5. No character can attack any other character via roleplay without the owners consent. Emails to all characters handlers can be found on the roster page and elsewhere on the site.
  6. We request that character handlers do not whine or become disoriented over a loss. There are various reasons besides roleplays that a win is granted to a specific wrestler. The most important factor is of course the handlers roleplays, but a close second is story line purposes. If a handler totally kills anothe handler on the board, he is gaurunteed the win, regardless of story lines or angles.
  7. All inner-fed questions and conflicts are to be dealt with in a humane, civil course, either via email contact to the source of the problem, or through contacting the IWA Staff. All problems can and will be dealt with in an unbiased manner.
  8. Any wrestler can be removed from the IWA at any time with no answers required. Seeing fit, we will contact you with warnings if you break IWA rules. Warnings will be issued before being removed from the IWA, but a severe offense may be dealt with via immediate explusion from the IWA or a weeks suspension, during which time no roleplays will be counted and the character will not be booked in any matches.
  9. We believe in freedom of expression on the members boards. Foul language is prohibited, but do not over abuse or embarass yourself by going to extreme measures to use 'inapropriate' language. There are a lot of good situations to use foul language, and the IWA staff understands the emphasis that can be used.
  10. One source of freedom of speech that will not be tolerated is racial or ethnic bashing of a handler, or extreme amounts of racism upon a character. 'Going too far' could result in being expelled from the IWA permanently. Use civil manners.
  11. The number 1 IWA rule is to have fun!
